I do take returns but only if there is something wrong with the product within 14 days of shipping. And the buyer has to pay for return shipping. Once I receive the returned product I would then refund you.
If it is a custom order and you no longer desire the product, but I have already begun work on it then that is a different matter. If it is a character that you made then I will not refund you. I cannot resell a character that you own. However if it is a well known character that I can resell then I will refund you your money. All of this only applies before I have sent it out. If I have already sent it out then I will not refund you your money.
